ALL TEAMS will name 29-man squads ahead of each NAB Challenge game, before cutting those squads to 26 players plus three emergencies. 

During the NAB Challenge, teams will have eight players on the interchange bench (two of them being substitutes). Coaches will be allowed to 'reset' their substitutes at half-time.
