THE EXODUS at Greater Western Sydney is set to continue in the coming days, with small forward Zac Langdon on the cusp of a move to West Coast.

AFL.com.au understands the two clubs have recently held talks regarding the potential of a move ahead of next month's Trade Period, with the 24-year-old keen to return home to Western Australia after three years with the Giants.

Uncontracted beyond this year, Langdon is now set to join fellow Giants players in Jye Caldwell, Jeremy Cameron, Zac Williams, Aidan Corr and Jackson Hately in asking for a move away from the club in recent weeks.

West Coast had been determined to bolster its small forward stocks this off-season, having delisted attacking duo Nic Reid and Anthony Treacy among five list changes announced on Wednesday.

With uncertainty still lingering over the futures of Daniel Venables and Willie Rioli as well, the Eagles identified Langdon as their primary trade target and are poised to lure the zippy 177cm forward to the club during the upcoming exchange period.

Langdon kicked 23 goals from 31 games over three seasons for the Giants, having been recruited to the club as a mature-aged player out of WAFL side Claremont during the 2017 NAB AFL Draft.

He will join Caldwell (Essendon), Cameron (Geelong), Williams (Carlton), Corr (North Melbourne) and Hately (Adelaide) in finding a new home.
