I have had many good memories watching the Eagles, one which sticks in my head is the 2006 grand final. I fell sick a few days before leaving, so went to the doctor & said I needed to get better real quick as I was going to Melbourne for the grand final. I got a bad cold, didn’t want my ears to hurt on plane or get worse but nothing was going to stop me. I went got sicker, fainted at the parade went to the game the next day feeling horrible but we won! That made me feel bit better but I ended up with fluid on my lungs!!!
