The Fremantle Dockers is looking for a dedicated and proactive individual with elite sports experience to join the Sport Science team in the Football Department.
This diverse role acts as the principal massage therapist and game day trainer for the club as well as coordinating the provision of Sports Trainer and Massage Therapy staff for training and games. In addition to this the role assists the Sports Science and Physiotherapy teams in aspects of player preparation such as strapping, massage and hydration.
The ideal candidate will first and foremost fit with the culture and values of the Club. In addition to this they will have appropriate Sports Massage, Sports Trainer and First Aid qualifications, experience in previous sports massage roles, sports strapping and management of staff.
An exceptional ability to communicate and interact as a member of a dedicated and hard working team is also essential as is the ability and willingness to travel interstate with the team.
