The Brisbane Lions AFC advises that the off-season public nuisance charge involving Joel Macdonald on Saturday 20 September 2008 in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley has been resolved in court today.

The player was fined $250 and no conviction was recorded.

Club management is now in possession of all the relevant information relating to the incident to enable the Club to determine what action is appropriate.

No further comment will be made on this matter at this time.
