Fremantle has named a squad of 27 ahead of their Round 11 clash against Brisbane on Sunday at the Gabba.

Peter Bell returns to the side after missing last weekend’s match against the Power with a back injury, while Mark Johnson returns after serving a WAFL imposed suspension. Joining the pair is Josh Head and Robert Warnock who have been named on an extended bench.

Fremantle head to the Gabba for the eighth time this weekend and will be looking to record their first win at the venue.

"We've been creating history for the wrong reasons lately and perhaps this week might be the chance to change that,” Senior Coach Mark Harvey said on Wednesday.

”They (Brisbane) were a great side for a couple of those years and they aren’t that far off that with the way they are playing at the moment."

The only omission from last weekend’s line up at this stage is Paul Duffield. The final 22 will be named tomorrow.
