HAWTHORN has been forced into a late change for one of footy's great modern rivalries against the high-flying Swans at the SCG.

Ned Reeves has been unable to prove his fitness in time after rolling his ankle during the captain's run on Thursday.

Jonathon Ceglar will replace the young ruckman. Sydney is unchanged.
