West Coast, awarded home advantage based on its heavy travel load during the season, could complete its entire pre-season at Patersons Stadium if it can knock off the reigning premiers.
The first semi-final between Essendon and St Kilda will be the second meeting between the sides this year, after their drawn game in the first round of the NAB Cup.
The AFL also confirmed the next round of NAB Challenge fixtures, with Gold Coast and the Sydney Swans doing battle at Southport, while Fremantle and the Western Bulldogs will travel to Bunbury.
