MEMBERSHIP EXECUTIVE -
Product Development, Sales & Customer Relations

The SANFL is seeking a professional candidate who shares our passion for Australian football and our commitment to providing a superior product and level of service to AAMI Stadium Members.

Reporting to the Stadium Manager, the Membership Executive is responsible for proactively developing and implementing consumer growth strategies and related marketing plans, with a strong focus on providing value and customer service.

Specific key responsibilities include:
• management and development of the AAMI Stadium Membership brand and products
• developing detailed sales and promotional strategies to grow membership and game day attendance
• coordinating market research and marketing communications
• direct interaction with current and potential members, particularly on game day; providing excellent customer service and customer relations
• managing and administrating membership renewals, applications and enquiries
• providing operational assistance to the Stadium management team

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and approximately 12 game days during the football season.

As one of the first points of contact, your customer service and customer relations skills will be important in developing effective relationships with new and existing members.

Key selection criteria:
• a creative flair and experience in developing and managing successful marketing and promotional campaigns
• demonstrated experience with membership programs, including an understanding of market segmentation and generating new sales
• track record in successfully managing and developing customer relations, with the ability to identify and provide customer solutions
• outstanding communicator with high level interpersonal skills
• advanced administration, writing and planning skills
• competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher & PowerPoint)
