Key defender Michael Hurley (shoulder) is also ready to go as the Bombers attempt to end their 15-year wait for a finals victory.
Hurn played through hamstring awareness in round 23 and was in growing doubt before training strongly on Monday night.

Talismanic big man Naitanui returns for his first game since going down with a syndesmosis issue in round 17 against Collingwood.

He is among three inclusions for the Eagles, who have recalled lockdown backman Will Schofield and tagger Mark Hutchings.

Hutchings is a surprise selection after going down with a recurrence of his hamstring injury in the round 22 loss to Richmond.

Premiership backman Liam Duggan and forward Jack Petruccelle have been axed, while emerging tall Oscar Allen (knee) Is also out.

Essendon has made five changes after resting several sore stars for its round 23 loss to Collingwood.

Dylan Clarke, Josh Begley, Michael Hartley and Tom Jok have been dropped, while Martin Gleeson (calf) is injured.

The Bombers have never lost a final against West Coast, boasting a 5-0 record, but the teams have never previously met in September in Perth.
