PORT Adelaide has made five changes to the side that lost to North Melbourne ahead of Saturday afternoon's clash with Fremantle.

The Power have lost another key player to injury, with vice-captain Jacob Surjan ruled out with a knee injury. Experienced midfielder - and former Fremantle player - Josh Carr is also out with injury.

In better news, Brett Ebert and Steve Salopek both return to the side to take on the Dockers, having recovered from ankle and shoulder injuries respectively.

Troy Chaplin returns to the side after missing the last round due to personal issues, while Justin Westhoff - awarded best on ground in the SANFL for Round 13 - also makes his way back into the AFL. Matthew Broadbent is set to play his third game in 2010.

Nick Salter and Jay Nash will be travelling as part of the squad as emergencies.
