Jarrhan Jacky will return from a knee injury in the SANFL this weekend.
He has been named in the Woodville-West Torrens reserves after missing three weeks with a medial strain.
Adelaide’s selection for Sunday’s Balfours Showdown will determine how many Crows line up in the SANFL on Saturday but there could be as many as a dozen players in action.
Rookie Jared Petrenko has been named in the back pocket for the Eagles’ league side to play North Adelaide at Prospect and Ken McGregor may be available but Trent Hentschel is not ready to return from a hamstring strain. Greg Gallman will be at full back for North. In the reserves, Tony Armstrong will play for the Roosters.
South Adelaide is waiting on the availability of Andy Otten and David Mackay – both named in Adelaide’s 25 – for its clash with top side Glenelg. Ed Curnow and James Sellar are named in Glenelg’s reserves side.
Norwood will have 18-year-olds Taylor Walker and Aaron Kite for the home game against Central District, which has Jonathon Griffin leading the ruck. James Moss has been named on the extended bench.
Rookie Brodie Martin has been named on a wing for Sturt, which plays West Adelaide.
