If you can no longer join us for Gather Round, you can transfer your ticket to family/friends via the Ticketek App once they become available to share on April 7. Alternately, you can return* your ticket and receive a refund.  

• You can return some or all the tickets in your order, simply tap “Return” on your mobile ticket in the Ticketek App. More information on how to return tickets, is available via this link.  

• If you purchased a multi-match pass, to collect a refund all matches must be returned. If you have purchased more than one multi-match pass, you can choose to return some or all of the passes. Multi-match pass refund requests should be logged via this link.  

• Refunds are only available until 9am ACST on the day of the selected match (or first match of the multi-match pass). 

• You will be refunded the full value of your ticket less any service & handling fees that were charged at the time of purchase. If the ticket you are returning was $0.00, no refund will be issued.  Further information is available here.   

* Ticket returns are available for selected 2026 AFL Gather Round tickets/matches. Not currently valid for Essendon v Melbourne.
