Williamstown's Jake Greiser and Darebin's Ella Southgate join State of Play.

It's a milestone week for Greiser, who this week plays his 150th VFL game for Williamstown.

A two-time Development League premiership winner in 2014 and 2015, the star defender made his senior debut for the Seagulls in 2015 and has gone on to become a mainstay of the club. He featured in Williamstown's 2019 Grand Final team that lost a thriller to Richmond and was rewarded with life membership in 2023.

Greiser discusses his journey to 150 games and reviews the Seagulls' season so far, with the club rising to sixth on the ladder following a 1-4 start.

Southgate joins following Darebin's come-from-behind victory which kept the Falcons firmly in the rebel VFLW finals race with two rounds to play.

She also details her return from a significant back injury sustained in Round 1.

During this week's episode of State of Play, hosts Joe Pignataro and Gemma Bastiani also discuss:

- Tobyn Murray's five-goal haul is one you can't go past
- It's Jacob Dawson's world, we're just living in it
