What is The Torp?
The Torp is the AFL's flagship internal innovation program and in 2026, hosted as a one-day event.
On Thursday 29 October, employees from across AFL House will come together at Marvel Stadium (and dial in around the nation) for a one-day "Torp-A-Thon", working in cross-functional teams to solve a real business challenge or identify a new opportunity for the game.
Participants will spend the morning developing their idea and presentation before pitching to judging panels in the afternoon.
