GOLD Coast youngster Georja Davies is available for this weekend's clash against Melbourne after her one-match ban for rough conduct was overturned at the AFLW Tribunal.

Davies was cited for rough conduct in an incident involving Brisbane's Shanae Davison that was initially graded as careless conduct, high contact and medium impact.

The Suns argued that the grading of the incident should be considered low impact, rather than medium and that it was not unreasonable for Davies' to elect to bump in the circumstances.

Gold Coast highlighted the medical report that showed Davison did not require an immediate on-field assessment and did not leave the field as a result of the incident.

The Suns go into the clash against the Dees sitting fourth on the AFLW ladder, with a season win-loss record of 6-2.
