GOLD Coast midfielder Touk Miller has extended his contract with the Suns for another three years.

The deal will keep the 22-year-old at Carrara until at least the end of 2022 and adds to a positive off-season for the club.

"Gold Coast is home and I’m stoked to be able to continue my career at the club," Miller said.

"I think we have all the right people and I had no hesitation in committing to the playing group and the program that the club has put in place.

"We’ve got a group of boys that are really tight and that’s definitely an environment I want to be around."

Miller is the third Gold Coast player this pre-season to sign a long-term deal following the five-year extensions of both David Swallow and Jarrod Witts.

Suns coach Stuart Dew recently told AFL.com.au despite Miller's youth he would be strongly considered to lead in 2019.

The reliable midfielder was taken with pick No.29 in the 2014 NAB AFL Draft and has played 82 games in four seasons, including all 22 last year.
