SYDNEY looks set for its earliest non-Academy draft selection in a decade. So what sort of player are the Swans chasing?

The club's recruiting manager Simon Dalrymple joins this week's Road to the Draft podcast to discuss what the Swans need to add to their list this off-season.

The Swans have used top-10 selections on Nick Blakey (last year) and Callum Mills (in 2015) but have not had an open draft pick in the top 10 since Gary Rohan in 2009.

They currently hold the No.5 spot in the order, and in a wide-ranging interview Dalrymple discusses their plans.
