The Fremantle Dockers are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our membership team in a supervisory role responsible for providing excellent customer service to our existing members as well as assisting with fan development and engagement strategies.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and some experience with supervising a team. Experience in a member based environment and database management is preferred but not essential.

The main duties of the role include supervision of a team of three (3) Membership Services Officers as well as membership fulfilment and product design, fan development and membership driver campaigns, supervision of key supporter groups, membership events, management of the annual community goal raffle and membership figures and trends, past players support and assist in building membership under the guidance of the Membership and Fan Development Manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, enjoy interacting regularly with people from all walks of life, have an excellent working track record and also flexible with a proven ability to work well under pressure.

There will be face-to-face interaction with members and you will be required to work at some major club events, including each home game at Patersons Stadium.
