STAR Gold Coast midfielder Jaeger O'Meara has the chance to crack the top 100 in the Official AFL Player Ratings, brought to you by Gatorade, when the Suns take on Adelaide on Sunday afternoon.

O'Meara, who won the NAB AFL Rising Star award last year, has enjoyed a brilliant start to the 2014 season, playing every game so far and averaging 22 disposals per match.

The 20-year-old's great form has powered him up the player ratings table. Having started the year at 296, he has climbed to 107.

A number of other players have also charged up the table this season, including Fremantle's Nat Fyfe (75 to 29), Hawthorn's Shaun Burgoyne (49 to 22) and Port Adelaide trio Chad Wingard (51 to 24), Travis Boak (24 to 12) and Matt White (339 to 170).

Looking to the first game of round 11, which sees the Sydney Swans host Geelong in a Thursday night blockbuster at the SCG, the Cats will be hoping mercurial midfielder Steve Johnson can continue his great run against the Swans.

Johnson, who will be fresh after missing last weekend's win over North Melbourne due to suspension, was best-on-ground when Geelong defeated the Swans by 44 points at Simonds Stadium last year.

On that occasion, Johnson gathered 26 disposals and kicked 4.3, which equated to 26.2 player ratings points.

Midfielders Joel Selwood (24.3 player ratings points) and Mathew Stokes (17.6) were the Cats' other star performers in that match.

Ruckman Mike Pyke (17.1), who has been battling a hamstring injury in recent weeks, and key defender Ted Richards (16.4) were the best players for the Swans.

When Fremantle travels to Etihad Stadium to take on the Western Bulldogs on Sunday afternoon, Dockers stars Tendai Mzungu and Chris Mayne will be taking on their favourite opponent.

Mzungu has averaged 16.5 player ratings points in his three matches against the Dogs, whereas his average against all other opponents is 9.3.

Mayne's average against the Bulldogs is 13.8 points, compared to 9.3 against the other 16 clubs.
