Player Wellbeing & Indigenous Employment Officer
 
The Northern Territory Football Club was established in 2008 to enter a team in the AFLQ Competition. The Club has achieved some good results both on and off the field over the past two seasons and is looking forward to the challenges that lay ahead with entry into the new Champions League and NEAFL.
 
A vacancy currently exists at the Club in the area of Player Wellbeing and Indigenous employment. The successful applicant will work closely with NTFC, AFLNT staff, NTFC Player Wellbeing subcommittee to ensure that the Club objective centred on ensuring that all players’ are actively involved in work, training or school is achieved.
 
Applications are sought from individuals with a passion for NT Thunder and Territory Football, good cross cultural relationship building skills, can demonstrate experience in the development, implementation and monitoring of mentor programs and with a desire to contribute to the Club’s continued growth and development.
