The Vodafone Brisbane Lions’ annual Pleasant Sunday Morning event in Victoria is being held underwater in 2008 – at the Melbourne Aquarium.
All members and supporters are invited to join the Lions players at one of Melbourne’s most popular attractions the morning after the team’s Round 17 clash with Richmond at the Telstra Dome in July.
Pleasant Sunday Morning guests will receive a significant discount on Melbourne Aquarium’s admission price simply by booking through the Lions Victorian office.
Fans will be able to mingle with the travelling team while checking out the range of exotic underwater creatures on display in the aquarium.
The event will be the last opportunity for Victorian based members and supporters to see the team up close and personally wish them well on their journey towards the AFL Finals. Please also wish Tim 'Sharkbait' Notting well when he gets thrown to the Aquarium sharks as part of the Lions' visit.
