Fans voted for Carly's creative Hawks costume in the facebook competition and she will take home a 2011 lithograph team-signed guernsey.
Carly wore her brown and gold colours and uploaded a photo of herself at the MCG during the Round 14 Hawks v Bombers match on Friday night.
Facebook fans were asked to 'like' their favourite photo to cast their vote.
Carly took out the competition with a whopping 171 likes.
Congratulations to the ten finalists (below, in no particular order) who have won a 2011 lithograph team-signed poster as well as having their face on the big screen on Friday night at the MCG.
