Leading international tyre manufacturer Kumho has quadrupled its sponsorship of the Adelaide Football Club.

The global company, which produces more than 68 million tyres every year, has taken up sponsorship of the coaches box, increasing their investment in the club to well in excess of $100,000 annually for the next two years.

Kumho has been involved with the Club at Vice President level since 2001 but Kumho senior management have been so buoyed by the recent appointment of Brenton Sanderson as senior coach that they wanted to get more involved and direct their sponsorship at the coaching staff.

National Marketing and Training Manager for Kumho David Basha says Kumho Tyres is proud to show their support for the Adelaide Crows and new coach Brenton Sanderson.

“As the coaches box sponsor we look forward to the new coach enhancing the competitive and winning culture that exists at the Adelaide Football Club,” Mr Basha said.

“Returning to finals football is now just a matter of time!”

Adelaide Football Club Manager Corporate Sales and Service David Grenvold said the Club was very excited to have one of the leading tyre brands globally become a Key Corporate Partner of the Club.

“A common goal of both Kumho and our Club is elite performance in our respective businesses and we see some fantastic opportunities to work together to achieve this,” Grenvold said.
