As part of this week's edition of State of Play: VFL/W Podcast

1:00 - Weekend review from Week Two of the rebel VFLW Finals Series and Round 17 of the Smithy's VFL.

9:00 - Port Melbourne VFLW forward Federica Frew jumps on the line to chat about the Borough's first ever rebel VFLW finals victory in the one-point first semi final triumph over Carlton. Frew also chats about Port Melbourne's upcoming preliminary final, where the Borough take on her former side Essendon, who she helped steer to last year's rebel VFLW premiership.

19:15 - Ben Jolley joins the program ahead of his record-breaking 303rd VFL match. Jolley will overtake Port Melbourne and Williamstown legend Bill Swan as the VFA/VFL games record holder when the Seagulls hosts Essendon at DSV Stadium on Friday night. It is somewhat fitting that Jolley takes on Essendon in the milestone game, having played four AFL games for the Bombers in 2006 after being selected with pick 26 in the 2005 Rookie Draft.

32:20 - Joe and Lucy give their weekend predictions ahead of a massive weekend across both competitions, which features the rebel VFLW preliminary final and Round 18 of the Smithy's VFL, which includes several crucial games that will have a big impact on places inside the top 10.
