Wines was awarded two votes in Port's Showdown loss to Adelaide last Saturday night in a performance that saw him amass 30 disposals, 14 contested possessions, nine inside 50s, eight clearances, seven tackles and two goals.
CrownBet opened the Brownlow market with Wines at $67 and he was into $26 as of Monday afternoon.
The 22-year-old was second in the Showdown Medal to Crows star Rory Sloane.
Reigning Brownlow medallist Dangerfield has continued his stellar form from last year, while Martin was considered best afield in wins against Carlton and West Coast.
The Cat is favourite to again take 'Charlie' home and has shortened into $4.25 with the bookmaker.
At $5, Martin is alone on the second line of betting.
Meanwhile, in-demand Greater Western Sydney midfielder Josh Kelly picked up another three votes in round three, this time against North Melbourne.
The Kangaroos have offered Kelly a nine-year deal reportedly worth $9 million to switch clubs.
Kelly also notched up three votes against Gold Coast in round two.
