The Victorian Football League is pleased to announce a new partnership with Bunnings Warehouse ahead of the 2025 VFL season.
Celebrating 11 years in partnership with the AFL, Bunnings Warehouse has expanded its commitment to Australian Rules Football by joining the VFL family as an official competition partner.
The new partnership between the VFL and Australia’s leading retailer of home improvement and lifestyle products will see Bunnings Warehouse extend its decade-long support to local football clubs via community football programs in partnership with the AFL.
AFL Head of State League Competitions, Jennie Loughnan, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Bunnings Warehouse on board as a partner of the VFL.
“The VFL has a proud history and we are thrilled to be joining forces with the Bunnings team who have long been committed to the game, through their significant support of community clubs right through to the elite competition.
“We look forward to partnering with Bunnings Warehouse and working together to support the continued growth of our great game”.
Bunnings Head of Community, Partnerships and Events, Katie Hynes, said:
“Bunnings is proud to partner with the VFL to support the continued growth of the game in Victoria at both the community and elite level.
"We know the important role that football plays in bringing people together and the VFL competition fosters a strong connection between its clubs and the communities they represent, in much the same way Bunnings aims to do.
"Our local store teams have long-standing relationships with their local footy clubs, helping to raise funds via sausage sizzles, hands on support at working bees and donations for raffles.
"We look forward to the opportunity extend this support through our partnership with the VFL in 2025”.
