About this role:

The Participation Specialist - Platforms and Growth offers support across WA on the participation platforms (including Play HQ, ActiveExchange and Salesforce) and oversees participation tracking, reporting and monitoring as well as implementing strategies and programs to grow participation and provide greater support to staff/clubs across Community Football in WA.


Key Role Criteria:        

  • Support across WA on WA Football participation platforms including but not limited to Play HQ, ActiveExchange and Salesforce and oversee participation tracking, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Implement strategies and programs to maintain and grow Football participation in WA.
  • Utilise data and analytics to ascertain key trends and opportunities for participation growth.
  • Provide strategies in centralising of WAF data and reporting tools including development of templates for broader reporting.
  • Provide support and lead where required on key Participation products with a focus on new ways to play.
  • Support delivery of special events and functions relating to community football.

 

Experience required to perform this role:

  • A sound understanding of WA Football structure and system.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data
  • An understanding of Club football within WA Football.
  • An understanding of the PlayHQ and OfficialsHQ competition/umpire management systems.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to lead and interact confidently with football stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to present to stakeholders
  • Demonstrative ability to innovate
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong Computer literacy, along with Social Media comprehension.
  • Able to work after normal business hours and on weekends.
  • Current WA Drivers Licence.
  • WWC card.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a high-volume work environment
  • A self-motivator, who achieves results autonomously or via teamwork.
  • Good customer relationship/communication skills
