WEST Coast's Brady Hough has escaped suspension for his rough tackle on Port Adelaide star Zak Butters on Saturday night, although he has copped a fine for rough conduct.

Hough has been cited by the Match Review Officer for his tackle on Butters in the third quarter, but the grading of low impact means he has escaped with a fine of $3000, which can be reduced to $2000 with an early guilty plea.

Gold Coast pair Ben Long and Noah Anderson were also fined from Saturday's loss to Brisbane.
