The Club is presently seeking to appoint an experienced and highly talented individual to provide innovation, leadership and management across the area of player welfare and development. 

Reporting directly to the GM Football, the incumbent will be responsible for a diverse portfolio of accountabilities including: 

  • Management of the transition process for those players drafted, retired or delisted within any given season. 
  • Establish strong communication with players including key stakeholders within each player’s support network. 
  • Create links to appropriate external providers that support personal and professional development 
  • Prepare, support and evaluate player’s individual management plans. 
  • Implement education programs that support individual development and cultural excellence within a high performance environment. 

We are looking for a professional who is dynamic, strategic and passionate about learning and development. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced interpersonal skills, have the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and has proven experience in a high pressured and fast paced environment. 

An attractive remuneration package with a unique range of benefits will be offered to the successful candidate based on experience. Weekend work will be required.
