Living more sustainably is easy to do - and some very simple changes can make a big difference to the environment and the future. It doesn’t take much to reduce your impact on the environment

Over the next five weeks Andrew Swallow will share his tips for living more sustainably.

I have installed a low-flow shower head in my shower and I always make sure my showers are under four minutes. By doing this, I can save 27,000 litres of water and over half a tonne of greenhouse gas emissions per year. I find a four minute timer helps me achieve this goal.

You can trade your old shower head in and receive a low-flow shower head for free at your local water supplier provider.
