Fundraising Team Leader
12 month Fixed Term Contract

The fundraising department has been mandated with the task of undertaking all administrative tasks relating to donations. In support of this objective, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Fundraising Team Leader will be responsible for:
• Leading a team of administrative call-centre staff
• Providing information to donors via inbound & outbound phone calls, email, post and in person
• Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of donor records within the fundraising database
• Meeting regularly with stakeholders and providing progress reports
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
• Exceptional communication, organisational and presentation skills
• Proven experience leading, coaching and coordinating a team of administrative staff
• Strong understanding of successful fundraising practice and direct marketing
• Strong strategic data skill and experience using Customer Relationship Management databases and MS office programs
• Proven fundraising experience highly desirable
