SYDNEY has suffered a huge blow with three players ruled out for its clash with Geelong on Thursday night at the SCG, including star midfielder Isaac Heeney and speedy forward Gary Rohan.

Daniel Robinson, Robbie Fox and Dean Towers return to the side.

For the Cats, defender Mark Blicavs has been named after hurting a toe as he prepares for a one-on-one clash with Swans superstar Lance Franklin.

Scott Selwood has been confirmed as an inclusion, along with Jamaine Jones, while Jordan Cunico and James Parsons have been dropped.

MATCH PREVIEW Swans v Cats

A hamstring injury will force Rohan out while James Rose misses with a shoulder concern.

Both players were quiet in last Thursday's loss to Richmond, combining for 13 disposals.

Heeney has not recovered from the concussion he suffered against the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Blicavs was in a moon boot earlier in the week.

However, him being named is no guarantee he will take to the field, with the Cats having the mantle as the late-change kings with 12 so far this year.

Selwood returns after a back complaint that has kept him out since round seven.
