WE ARE well and truly in Fantasy finals mode now with two teams being eliminated from the race to the flag. Qualifying final winners will enjoy the week off – an underrated component in Fantasy Draft where we can hope for our players being rested – while it is knockout for the teams competing in the semi-finals this week.

Leagues with a final-six finals series will start this round. The top two also get that week off and will be getting set for the round 22 preliminary finals.

Here are some options with less than 65 per cent ownership that might help you win a premiership.

Defenders

Bayley Fritsch, DEF/MID, Melbourne (ADP 240, 37 per cent)

Embracing his forward role, Fritsch booted three on the weekend but it is his marking game that has helped him to his three tons in the last five weeks.

Shaun Burgoyne, DEF/MID, Hawthorn (ADP 171, 31 per cent)

In his record-breaking game that saw him pass Adam Goodes for most games by an indigenous player, Burgoyne posted his highest score of the season. His 103 came from 23 disposals, seven marks and six tackles. Silk should be considered for your bench as someone who is 'good for 80', but also an option to get you over the line in the preliminary final when the Hawks play the Suns.

Dan Houston, DEF, Port Adelaide (ADP 271, 29 per cent)

You need to take the good with the bad as an owner of Dan Houston. There were no problems on Saturday afternoon when he played through the midfield for a season-high 123 points. He was able to take 10 marks and even float forward for two goals. Back-to-back tons makes Houston an option to launch you to the Grand Final.

Midfielders

Bryce Gibbs, MID, Adelaide (ADP 26, 65 per cent)

Without a doubt, Gibbs would make the list of players that have cost coaches a spot in their Draft league finals. With an ADP of 26, he was an early third-round pick back in the pre-season. While most have held through his 83-average season, plenty have jumped off and he should be the first option to pick up given the chance.

Jarrod Berry, MID, Brisbane Lions (ADP 204, 33 per cent)

For a one-week hit in deeper leagues, Berry has to be your man in the Q-Clash. After Dayne Zorko went down with a calf injury, he spent more time in the midfield and this should continue this week. Five Pies scored 120 or more against the Suns on Sunday including Adam Treloar (129), Steele Sidebottom (124) and Scott Pendlebury (120). Expect Berry to also rack up the points.

Rucks

Toby Nankervis, RUC, Richmond (ADP 64, 55 per cent)

Third time lucky? Nank should make his return to the Tigers' line-up this week after racking up 20 disposals, seven marks, 34 hitouts and 126 Fantasy points in the VFL.

Shane Mumford, RUC, GWS Giants (ADP 137, 47 per cent)

Although he had a friendly match-up and Dawson Simpson was a late withdrawal, Mumford pumped out his second ton of the year. His previous one was also against the Swans back in round six, but with the Bulldogs coming up in round 22 – the preliminary final weekend – he could be a solid streaming option.

Forwards

Jade Gresham, MID/FWD, St Kilda (ADP 205, 64 per cent)

You might strike gold in your league if Gresham is available. Let's face it, he's only just snuck into this list but consider him if he's a free agent in your league as the match-ups with Fremante and Carlton in the next two should see you cement your place in the Grand Final.

Sam Powell-Pepper, MID/FWD, Port Adelaide (ADP 235, 28 per cent)

With added midfield time against the Bombers on Saturday, SPP finished with 22 disposals, nine marks and five tackles for 106 points. He has been subject to some low scores this season, but we can expect some solid scoring as good bench cover, especially with North Melbourne and Fremantle in the last two.
