Following the annual release of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency pay gap data, the AFL is pleased to report that our median pay gap across the AFL workforce remains at zero, for the third year.

Our average mean total remuneration pay gap at the AFL is 4.3 per cent. While we know there is still more work to do, we are pleased to have achieved a gender pay gap within WGEA’s target range of –5% to +5%.

This range recognises that normal workplace changes — such as recruitment and promotions — can naturally influence pay differences from year to year.
