The AFL are welcoming footy fans back to Marvel Stadium for Round One of the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, delivering a price freeze on the already most affordable pies, hot chips and hot dogs in-stadia anywhere in Australia for AFL matches.

Marvel Stadium will proudly have the AFL competition's most affordable pie with Four’N Twenty Pies priced at just $4.70, regular hot chips at $4.90 and hot dogs at $6.00

The cost of pies and hot dogs at Marvel Stadium are cheaper in stadium than they were in 2016, with pies at $4.70 compared to $5.00 in 2016 and Hot Dogs at $6.00 compared with $6.50 in 2016.

Hot jam donuts ($5.00) and bottled water ($4.90) have also remained at 2025 prices.

Footy favourites remain the go-to for fans at matches, with hot chips being the number one seller at the stadium.

“It is cheaper to buy a Four’N Twenty Pie at in stadium than it is at the service station,” Marvel Stadium General Manager Scott Fitzgerald said.

“The cost of doing business continues to rise, however we wanted to make sure that cost wasn’t passed on to footy fans when it comes to their favourite items on the menu.

“I would like to thank our partner Delaware North, they have played a crucial role in Marvel Stadium’s evolution over the last 25 years, and they continue to deliver fans a whole suite of offerings to cater for any tastebuds.”

AFL CEO Andrew Dillon also welcomed the announcement for fans.

“It is shaping to be a big season of footy at Marvel, with hot chips and pies continuing to be our best sellers on a match day, and it is important to the AFL that we make it as easy as possible for fans to the enjoy their footy favourites,” Mr Dillon said.

The price freeze on ‘Footy Favourites’ is in addition to the previously announced GA ticket price freeze and no transaction fees on tickets purchased for AFL matches at the stadium.
