RILEY Garcia has been delisted by the Western Bulldogs, but the club has committed to him returning to the club at next month's Telstra Rookie Draft.
Garcia, who did not play a senior game for the Bulldogs this year due to injury, has played 39 senior games since being picked up in the 2019 draft.
WHO'S CALLED IT QUITS 2026's retirements and delistings
The club has delisted him but says it will re-draft him next month.
Garcia signed a three-year contract extension two years ago, tying him to the club until the end of 2027.
His new deal at the Dogs came after he had attracted interest from the likes of Sydney and Port Adelaide during the 2024 trade period.
The Bulldogs had already delisted seven players this off-season - Oskar Baker, Nick Coffield, Harvey Gallagher, Ryan Gardner, Lachlan McNeil, Lachlan Smith and Zac Walker - while Tom Liberatore and Adam Treloar have retired.
They also brought Zak Butters, Jordon Butts, Finn Maginness and Hudson O'Keeffe to the club in the trade period.
