Josh Fraser, Ryan Lonie, Alan Toovey, and Tyson Goldsack come into a side looking to bounce back from last week’s loss to the Bombers.
Cameron Wood and Ben Johnson have been omitted, while Rhyce Shaw will miss with an injured back and Shane Wakelin will be rested.
After two excellent performances at VFL level, Lonie will look to maintain his good form and health when he makes his 2008 debut, having not played AFL football since round 18 last year. Fraser, who last played in round 12 against Carlton, makes his return after fully recovering from a knee injury sustained in the Hall of Fame match earlier this season.
Goldsack comes back for his 10th game of the season, having missed last week's loss to the Bombers, while Toovey is set for his fourth senior appearance in 2008, with his last AFL outing being in round 13.
Danny Stanley, Sam Iles, and John McCarthy make up the emergencies.
Hawthorn, meanwhile, brings back veterans Shane Crawford and Stuart Dew, with Michael Osborne out injured and Travis Tuck omitted.
