AFL SportsReady currently has an exciting position available for someone who has completed Year 12 in 2013/2014 wanting to pursue a career in the business administration industry.

The successful applicant will be legally employed by AFL SportsReady, but will work on-site with the Carlton Football Club and receive an accredited Business qualification (on successful completion).

Reporting to the Membership Manager, the purpose of this role will be to support the development of the Carlton Football Club as part of their membership team.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General administrative support
  • Assist with the delivery of programs and services
  • Client and customer relations
  • Respond to customer service enquiries
  • Reception/front desk services
  • Market/promote programs and services
  • Assist with membership management
  • Co-ordinate record keeping and database management

Essential

  • Must be an Australian citizen

  • Attention to detail

Preferred

  • Valid Health Care Card
