Executive Assistant
The club is seeking a committed and dedicated EA who has the ability to provide excellent support to the Football Dept. and the club as a whole.
The incumbent will have the capacity to operate with an extremely high attention to detail and bring to the role a dedicated and thorough approach to administrative tasks.
Excellent communication and professionalism are essential for an incumbent to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities;
Co-ordinating weekly requests for players and coaches
Organising players to attend pre-game and post game functions
Working with Commercial Operations on Supporter Functions (interstate trips)
Planning AFL School and club visits
Responsible for co-ordinating Match Committee functions (ie. team-selection lunches at Seaford, breakfasts, dinners, etc) for Senior Coach
Responsible for overseeing all events and functions the Senior Coach attends, including run sheets, interviews, etc.
Working with Media on Club photos (yearly)
Recording appearances for all players & coaches
Producing AFL/Club contracts + associated forms
Monitoring stationery supplies and ordering, all admin duties
Management of match day personnel including pre-season/post-season functions
Staff Expenses and medical invoices
Update of player team lists/contact details
Requirements;
Excellent knowledge of Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Use of Outlook
Flexibility and adaptability
Extremely high attention to detail and quality
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
A demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service to a wide range of people
Experience and competence in dealing with external customers/partners
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
An ability to work successfully in a team and /or in an autonomous capacity.
