AFL Statement

The AFL confirms the Round 21 match between Hawthorn and Collingwood, scheduled to be played at UTAS Stadium in Launceston, has been relocated to the MCG and will take place in the same timeslot of 2:10pm AEST on Sunday, August 8.

The match will be closed to the general public and will be broadcast live nationally via Foxtel and Kayo.

For supporters who have purchased tickets to attend the previously scheduled Round 21 match between Hawthorn and Collingwood, Ticketmaster will issue a refund. No action is required from the ticket purchaser.

The health and safety of everyone in the game and the wider community remains the priority as we continue to navigate the pandemic and the AFL thanks all supporters for their understanding as we continue to be led by the advice of governments and public health officials.
