THE AFL has today announced the 2023 Charles Brownlow Medal Count will be on Monday 25 September, at 8:00pm AEST, held at Crown Palladium and broadcast live on the Seven Network.

The flagship evening on the AFL calendar will begin on the red carpet as the game's best players, coaches, AFL officials, and members of the industry commence their arrivals from 5.15pm AEST and broadcast from 7.30pm AEST.

AFL Chief Executive Gillon McLachlan will read the votes on the evening and will be joined on stage by incoming AFL CEO Andrew Dillon, AFL EGM Customer and Commercial, Kylie Rogers and AFL EGM Football, Laura Kane.

Executive General Manager of Commercial and Customer Kylie Rogers said the League was delighted to be back at the Crown Palladium to celebrate a record-breaking season.

"The Charles Brownlow Medal is the most prestigious and glamourous event on the footy calendar and to be able to bring together everyone from across our industry to celebrate the achievements of the home and away season in this record-breaking year is going to be extra special," said Ms Rogers.

"On behalf of the AFL, I'd like to thank the Seven Network, who always deliver a world-class broadcast of the red carpet and medal count each year."

2023 marks the 96th year the Charles Brownlow Medal will be awarded to the League's best and fairest player.
