TRIPLE Coleman medallist Jack Riewoldt can accept a $1000 fine for his 'chicken wing' tackle on Melbourne backman Bayley Fritsch at the MCG on Wednesday night.

The Richmond spearhead tackled the Demon in the third term and won a free kick, but pulled Fritsch's left arm behind his back as the Tigers marched to a 43-point victory.

It was categorised as misconduct by Match Review Officer Michael Christian.

Riewoldt is set for a stint on the sidelines, having suffered a right knee injury later in the contest while flying for a mark.

The 30-year-old was in his first game back for almost a month from issues to his other knee, along with his right wrist.

Tigers ruck Toby Nankervis has been offered a $2000 sanction for striking Tom McDonald in the second quarter.

It was seen as careless conduct, low impact and high contact.

Demon Jake Melksham will be $1500 poorer if he accepts his misconduct charge for pushing Josh Caddy into an umpire's path during the second term.
