The 21-year-old won Goal of the Year in his debut season, kicking 29 in total across 43 games.
Higgins suffered a brain bleed in mid-2019 which required two surgeries and he then made an inspirational return for the Tigers in the draw with Collingwood once the season resumed in 2020.
