DESIGNED by the best in the league, Ball Magnets is an innovative training app developed to improve users AFL skills, game awareness and fitness by training virtually with the competitions leading players.

The app launched in early April 2021 and will provide consumers with unique training programs, insights and information providing an edge & insight as to how the elite AFL footballers train.

The Ball Magnets A team includes some of the games biggest names including Brownlow medallists Tom Mitchell and Lachie Neale, Carlton Club Captain Patrick Cripps, No.1 draft pick Matthew Rowell plus Erin Phillips, the best player in the AFLW bringing a different perspective to the app. The app will also introduce a range of special AFL star guests to provide even more tips and tricks to subscribers including Dylan Shiel, Jaeger O'Meara, Jack Viney, Toby Greene and many more.

As the uncertainty of group football training remains, the app’s founders were inspired through COVID-19 to create a platform that is your personal training companion. Drills that are designed to be completed with a partner or in a small group any time, anywhere with a parent, sibling or with friends. You can train with the pros, by replicating what they do as they show you the tricks of the trade to become the ultimate ball magnet.

“As professional athletes, we are always striving to excel and perform at the highest level. Ball Magnets will allow users to put in the extra work guided by those at the top of their game giving them the edge on their opponents no matter what level of footy they play. This is what has made our personal careers so successful in the AFL.” says founder, Tom Mitchell.

Each week subscribers will receive two unique training sessions which will be released and consist of strength and conditioning plus touch in addition to game sense insights. These sessions take roughly 15 minutes to complete and are achievable for all ages and abilities. Pushing you to your limits, the app will also feature weekly challenges where subscribers can test themselves against the very best.

The Ball Magnets app will be available to purchase and download to your smartphone or tablet through the App Store or Google Play. Ball Magnets will offer a 7-day free trial and will cost $120 for an annual subscription. That is a just over $2 per week!
