In 2005 under Riverside Oaks unique sponsorship agreement, the Golf Resort donated the profits of the sale from one of their luxury golf course frontage homes to the Sydney Swans.

2006 will see the same sponsorship agreement with one of their second stage release homes being designated as the ‘Sydney Swans House’.

Once again, all the profits from the sale of this luxury home will be donated to the Sydney Swans.
