Reporting to the Membership and Fan Development Manager, the Membership Coordinator is an important member of our team that provides exceptional customer service to our members.

The Membership Coordinator is also responsible for the ticketing operations for the Club.  Specific responsibilities include; 

  • Complete all ticketing requests and reporting
  • Work with Ticketmaster on the ticketing map and release tickets for sale
  • Interacting with members via inbound and outbound phone calls, email and letter
  • Manage Match Office 2 on match days for all membership and ticketing enquiries 

The successful applicant will have previous customer service experience with strong communication skills.  The ability to problem solve and remain calm under pressure situations is essential.  AFL Industry experience, exposure to stadium ticketing programs and mass ticketing systems (ie Ticketmaster) will be highly advantageous.

You must be able to work home games (weekends), and some out of hours work is required on occasions.
