The member acquisition and retention coordinator is a new role in our membership department. Its core focus is to identify opportunities and implement acquisition and retention initiatives to support member growth and renewal. As part of the membership strategy, you will be responsible for developing new concepts, products and benefits to implement and drive outcomes to achieve desired growth. Time will be spent calling potential members and you will have proven success in delivering successful programs within a similar membership focused field.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to use their initiative. They will work as part of a team, but have the energy, drive and focus to achieve individual targets within team goals. They will offer a creative outlook with the ability to think strategically as well as act operationally in sales, servicing and administration. Qualifications or experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage.

Flexibility will be required with working hours especially during peak renewal times and match days (both home and away). You will work in a dynamic work environment that will be both challenging and rewarding for the right person.
