HAWTHORN is likely to be without defender Jack Scrimshaw and forward Mitch Lewis for Friday's game against Collingwood.
Scrimshaw (ankle), Lewis (hamstring) and Liam Shiels (chest/ribs) all finished the game against the Giants on the bench.
Highlights: GWS v Hawthorn
The Giants and Hawks clash in round five
Hawks coach Alastair Clarkson said it's unlikely Scrimshaw and Lewis will have enough time to recover with just a five-day break until the next match, but Shiels "will be OK".
"We've got a five-day break I'd say they'd both be doubtful for next week," Clarkson said post-match.
GIANTS ON TARGET Full match coverage and stats
Forward Jon Patton looms as the logical replacement for Lewis, after missing the round five game with a foot injury.
"He was available for selection this week, but he's been so interrupted with his preparation," Clarkson said of the recruit.
"He'll give himself a chance to play next week."
Clarko: 'Gallant, brave, but not quite as polished'
Alastair Clarkson was reasonably pleased with his side's endeavor, but thought the Giants were the classier of the two teams
The Giants might have dominated on the scoreboard, but it was perhaps an anomaly that they generated 18 scoring shots from just 26 inside 50s.
GWS coach Leon Cameron was pleased with the execution in the forward half of the ground, but the low inside-50 count has to change.

Did Toby deserve this unpaid mark?
Toby Greene puts in a terrific effort to control the ball in a pack but is denied the mark by the umpire
"I'd prefer another 10 or 12 (inside 50s), clearly we're aiming around that 40-mark," Cameron said post-match.
"It was pleasing that we scored in there, but clearly we need some more."
Cameron: Having two Jezzas is advantageous
Leon Cameron is pleased that Jeremy Finlayson is continuing to command the forward line alongside Jeremy Cameron
The three-pronged forward line of Jeremy Finlayson, Harry Himmelberg and Jeremy Cameron combined for 10 of the 13 Giants goals, a welcome change from the start of the season when the three struggled for form as a group.
"Week-by-week I think the three are working better and connecting better and to have 10 goals out of the three of them is really great, but also last week they had 10-plus tackles and sometimes that gets overlooked," Cameron said.
