The St Kilda pair will be eligible for Friday night's second semi-final against Sydney at the MCG on Friday night.
In the first quarter of last Friday's night, the Lions' Luke Power received a free kick after Murray made contact to the back of his head, yet Robinson believed no further action was necessary.
"It appears that just as Murray is about to bump Power, he has his left arm tucked in to his side, indicating that his intention is to apply a fair bump," Robinson said.
"However, as the bump is delivered, Murray’s arm comes up and extends slightly, resulting in glancing contact to the back of Power’s head with the upper part of the arm.
"Taking into account that Murray had his arm tucked in as he prepared to apply the bump; that the contact was a glancing one; that it appeared to have minimal effect on Power and that the umpire adjudged that a free kick was the appropriate penalty, I believe there is little prospect of the Tribunal finding that a reportable offence has occurred."
Robinson said Guerra's contact with the Lions' Richard Hadley, also in the opening term, didn't need to be taken any further, as the Saint had his arm tucked in to his side as he delivered the bump.
"That he made contact to Hadley’s head appears to be inadvertent. The free kick appears to be an appropriate penalty," Robinson said.
